The prices shown are flat-rate starting prices for a standard two-car garage. After the measurement visit, you get a written quote. If your garage is larger or the project scope is different, we discuss it before you commit.
A 50% deposit is collected online when you book your installation date. The remaining 50% is due when the job is complete and you're happy with the result.

Yes. Storage bins, premium materials, and additional shelving units can be added to any package. You'll see all the options on your quote page.
Most installations are completed in a single day. Larger projects — especially ones that include full junk removal plus complete organization — may take two days. We'll give you a time estimate before your install date.
We ask that someone be home at the start to walk us through the space. After that, most customers go about their day and come back to a finished garage.
We sort and dispose of everything responsibly. Items in good condition are donated when possible. Everything else is taken to a licensed disposal facility.
The 2×4 shelving systems we build are freestanding or wall-anchored using standard hardware. They won't damage drywall beyond normal anchor holes. Epoxy floor coating (an add-on) is permanent — we'll discuss prep and curing before we begin.
