One Spot Storage

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of One Spot Storage's app and services. By creating an account or requesting a quote, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Our Services

One Spot Storage provides home and garage organization, custom shelving installation, and junk removal services in the Magic Valley, Idaho and surrounding areas. Our app allows customers to submit photos, receive AI-generated quotes, schedule measurement visits, and pay deposits online.

2. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes generated by our app are estimates based on photo analysis and selected package options.
Final pricing is confirmed in a written quote after an in-home measurement visit.
We will not begin any work until you have approved the final written quote.
Package prices listed on our website are starting prices for a standard two-car garage and may vary for larger spaces or unusual layouts.

3. Deposits and Cancellations

A 50% deposit is required to schedule your installation date.
Deposits are fully refundable if you cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled installation.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice forfeit the deposit.
If we need to reschedule due to circumstances on our end, you will receive a full refund or an alternative date — your choice.

4. Our Work and Guarantee

We carry general liability insurance.
We guarantee our workmanship. If anything is not right with the installation, contact us within 7 days of project completion and we will return to correct it at no charge.
We are not responsible for pre-existing structural issues, water damage, mold, pests, or hazardous materials that may be discovered during the project.
Epoxy floor coatings and wall anchoring are permanent modifications. We will discuss the process and implications with you before beginning.

5. Your Responsibilities

You must have legal authority to authorize work on the property where services are performed.
You agree to ensure the work area is reasonably safe and accessible on the scheduled installation date.
Please disclose any known hazards (asbestos, lead paint, structural concerns) before work begins.

6. Your Photos

By uploading photos through our app, you grant us a limited license to use those photos to generate your quote, create space visualizations, and plan your project. We will not use your photos in marketing materials, social media, or advertising without your explicit written consent.

7. AI-Generated Content

Our app uses AI tools to analyze photos and generate space visualizations. These are illustrative previews only — actual results will vary based on your specific space, chosen materials, and final project scope. AI visualizations are not contractual commitments about the appearance of the finished project.

8. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Square. By making a payment, you agree to Square's terms of service. The remaining project balance is due upon satisfactory completion of the work.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Twin Falls County, Idaho.
